PCS 2000 SS System is specially designed for extreme heavy sliding doors which must cope with inclinations up to 30° (max. closing force : 330kg). The complete unit comes in stainless steel / AISI 316 Ti execution with low temperature sealing arrangement to endure harsh weather conditions such as in the North Sea. A safety strip/door handle arrangement is installed to protect people while closing and actuate the door when closed. Push button and hook latch release arrangement can be installed in addition. The approved Fire Safety Valve FSV 900 is tested according to IMO and SOLAS for the leakage free interruption of the main supply at 945°C for at least 1 hour. This mechanism is triggered by the fusible glas bulbs. Various solution such as control unit flanged to drive cylinder, special time sequence and double leaf arrangement are available. |
